I have almost 10 years of experience of clinical work as a psychologist with people in all ages facing different kind of challenges in life - such as anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties and ADHD-related problems. I am also a qualified trainer (EFPSA, 2015) and a coach (HY+, 2019). As a person I am a very down-to-earth girl originally from Northern Finland!

Online courses with knowledge, a big mission and a big heart
My reason to build online courses is that help to certain challenges is not always accessible - because of for example money, location or lack of professionals. Also sometimes it might feel scary to bring up the need for support - we might feel scared, ashamed or worried if we are not taken seriously or if we would not be understood correctly. I want to help people to get started with finding tools to start living according to their values and how they truly want to live.Ā
